Consortium for School Networking (CoSN)

The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) is U.S.'s premier voice in education technology leadership with a mission to serve as the national organization for K-12 technology leaders who use technology strategically to ultimately improve teaching and learning. CoSN provides products and services to support and nurture leadership development, advocacy, coalition building, and awareness of emerging technologies.

European Schoolnet

European Schoolnet is a network of national and regional networks for schools in Europe. The initiative aims to ensure the interoperability of school networks developed in each member state and provide "a model platform" offering teachers and pupils access to high quality information and services.

Futurelab

GEM - Gateway to Educational Materials

An initiative by National Library of Education (NLE) and the U.S. Department of Education that is supporting a consortium effort to create an operational framework to provide America's teachers with "one-stop, any-stop" access to Internet-based educational resources. The Gateway at currently includes resources from more than 40 collections, including the AskERIC Virtual Library, Math Forum, Microsoft Encarta, North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, and U.S. Department of Education.

KERIS (Korea Education & Research Information Service)

KERIS enhances national education policies and standards, develops and empowers human resources, creates and actuates an infrastructure for a knowledge and information-enriched society, and advances national education and research competitiveness through innovation information and communication technologies.

MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching)

MERLOT at http://www.merlot.org/ is a free and open resource designed primarily for faculty and students in higher education. With a continually growing collection of online learning materials, peer reviews and assignments, MERLOT helps faculty enhance instruction. MERLOT is also a community of people who strive to enrich teaching and learning experiences.

New Zealand Ministry of Education

The Ministry of Education is the New Zealand national Government's primary central public sector education agency and its focus is to better learning for every New Zealander. The Ministry work spans all stages of learning from early childhood to lifelong learning.

Te Kete Ipurangi (TKI)

TKI at http://www.tki.org.nz/ is a bilingual (English and Maori) portal-plus web community which provides quality assured educational material for teachers, school managers, and the wider education community. It is an initiative of the New Zealand Ministry of Education.
